English version — Urumqi Hemequan Sci-Tech Innovation Center Phase I Construction Tender
Xinjiang Chuangbo Park Development Co., Ltd. has entrusted Urumqi Chuangbo Construction Management Co., Ltd. to launch an open tender with pre-qualification for the Urumqi Hemequan Sci-Tech Innovation Center Phase I project. The site covers about 20.3 mu, with a total planned floor area of about 33,000 sqm, mainly for R&D, testing and inspection industrial buildings, plus staff apartments, a sci-tech service hall, guard rooms, and water supply, power distribution and heating facilities. Estimated contract value for Lot 1 is RMB 250 million, with a bid security of RMB 500,000. Consortium bids are not accepted.
Eligibility: PRC-registered independent legal entities holding valid business license, qualification certificate and safety production license, with Grade I or above general contracting qualification for building construction. The project manager must hold a Grade I registered constructor certificate (building engineering) and a valid Class B safety assessment certificate; the technical lead must hold an intermediate or higher engineering title. Both the company and the project manager must have completed at least one similar building project with a contract value of no less than RMB 50 million since January 1, 2023.
How to participate: Obtain the pre-qualification documents and submit applications online via the Urumqi Public Resources Trading Center platform. Document collection runs from October 1, 2026 to October 14, 2026, 10:30; application submission deadline is October 14, 2026, 10:30 (Beijing time).
