Zizhong County Youth Comprehensive Sports Training Center project has been approved by the Zizhong County Development and Reform Bureau (document No. Zi Fa Gai She Fa [2026] 70). The employer and tenderee is Zizhong County Runzi Property Management Co., Ltd., funded 100% by fiscal funds and owner self-raised funds; the tender agent is Sichuan Chengjin Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. The site is in Chonglong Town, Zizhong County, covering about 13 mu, with a new 9,300 sqm comprehensive sports training center and supporting facilities. This tender covers full-process construction supervision, including the defect liability period, for all works within the design and construction drawings, in one lot.
Bidders must be independent legal entities holding at least Grade B housing construction supervision qualification, with at least one similar supervision project of no less than RMB 40 million since July 1, 2023, and a chief supervision engineer registered in housing construction.
