English version — Foshan Old Elevator Renewal Subsidy Applications Open
Foshan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and Development and Reform Bureau have revised the rules for disbursing ultra-long special treasury bond subsidies for renewing old residential elevators. Projects already notified by district authorities as proposed subsidy recipients can apply. The opportunity covers elevator manufacturing and installation, old-elevator removal, maintenance services, and bank escrow account services. Applicants must start work before December 31 of the year they are listed, obtain the new elevator's Special Equipment Use Registration Certificate, and submit a joint review application within 15 days to release escrowed funds. District housing authorities review disbursement requests within 5 working days and pay subsidies into a designated escrow account. Joint review by housing, development and reform, and market regulation departments is completed within 10 working days, with fund release instructions issued to the bank within 3 working days. The notice takes effect on the date of issuance, replacing Document Fo Jian [2025] No. 67; projects already submitted under the old rules may follow the previous provisions. Completion deadlines follow national and provincial annual treasury bond fund management notices.
