河南省科技厅启动2027年度科普作品创作项目申报，许昌市科技局负责本地征集与汇总上报。支持科普图书、科普视频、科普文创三类，重点方向包括弘扬科学家精神与爱国主义教育、普及基础前沿学科知识、服务国家战略与河南产业创新、助力乡村振兴、回应科技热点与社会焦点。申报主体为项目负责人所在单位，经单位审核盖章后报县（市、区）科技主管部门，市直单位直接报市科技局；县区科技部门初审后统一提交市科技局，由市科技局汇总审核后报省科技厅。图书类须提供完整目录、创作提纲、初步书稿及与出版单位签订的意向性出版协议；视频类须提供制作方案、完整创作脚本并明确技术指标；文创类须提供设计效果图、设计说明及不超过5张高清实物照片。材料含推荐汇总表、申报书、证明材料及知识产权保护承诺书，纸质与电子版同步报送。窗口期为2026年10月26日前，逾期不再受理。

Xuchang Science and Technology Bureau is collecting applications for the 2027 Henan Provincial Science Popularization Works Creation Program, launched under document Yu Ke Ren Cai [2026] No. 20. Three categories are supported: popular science books, videos, and cultural-creative products. Priority directions cover patriotic education and the scientist spirit, basic and frontier science, national strategy and Henan industrial innovation, rural revitalization, and responses to science and social hot topics. Applicants submit stamped materials through their employer to county or district science and technology departments; municipal-level units report directly to the Xuchang bureau, which reviews and forwards all files to the provincial department. Book projects need a full table of contents, creation outline, draft manuscript, and a letter of intent with a publisher; video projects need a production plan, complete script, and technical specifications; cultural-creative projects need design renderings, design notes, and up to five high-resolution photos. Required documents include the recommendation summary table, application form, supporting materials, and a signed IP protection commitment.
