镇江市科技局依据《镇江科技型企业孵化器管理办法》（镇科规〔2026〕3号）启动2026年度市级科技型企业孵化器申报认定工作，面向基础、标准、标杆、新业态四类孵化器开放申报。
机会点：镇江辖区内具备独立法人资格、有生产经营活动且符合管理办法要求的孵化载体运营单位，可申请认定为市级科技型企业孵化器；原市级科技企业孵化器和市级及以上备案众创空间可重新申报。每家单位仅可申请认定一种类型。
谁该参与：在镇江注册运营的孵化器、众创空间、科技园区运营主体，以及拟布局镇江孵化业务的相关机构。
怎么参与：申报单位自评后填写对应类别《申报书》（附件1至附件4），附证明材料，向所在地科技主管部门提出申请；申报标杆孵化器的须同步报送标准孵化器与标杆孵化器申报书。各市（区）科技部门审核推荐后，于2026年10月22日17:00前将纸质原件1份及电子版报送市科技局高新科，材料含申报书及附件、主管部门信用承诺书、推荐函及推荐表。
时间窗口：推荐材料报送截止2026年10月22日17:00，逾期不予受理。

English version — Zhenjiang 2026 Tech Business Incubator Certification Opens
Zhenjiang Science and Technology Bureau has launched the 2026 certification of municipal science and technology business incubators under the Zhenjiang Tech Business Incubator Management Measures (Zhen Ke Gui [2026] No. 3). Four categories are open: basic, standard, benchmark, and new-format incubators.
Who can apply: legally independent incubator operators with production or business operations in Zhenjiang that meet the management measures. Former municipal tech business incubators and municipal-level or above registered maker spaces may re-apply. Each applicant may seek certification for only one category.
How to apply: applicants complete the corresponding application form (Attachments 1-4), attach supporting documents, and submit to the local science and technology authority. Benchmark incubator applicants must also submit standard incubator forms. Local authorities review and recommend, then deliver one paper original plus electronic version to the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau High-Tech Section by 17:00 on October 22, 2026, including application forms, credit commitment letter, recommendation letter and summary table.
Deadline: 17:00, October 22, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
