English version — Hubei Quality Inspection Institute Opens Bidding for 35.48M Yuan Equipment Renewal
Hubei Provincial Institute of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection has launched a public tender for its large-scale equipment renewal procurement project, with a budget of 35.4824 million yuan and a maximum price cap of 32.8274 million yuan. The project is divided into 10 packages, each capped between 2.643 million and 4.4356 million yuan, covering a batch of inspection and testing equipment. Bidders may bid on multiple packages but can win at most one. Packages 4, 6, 8 and 10 are reserved for SMEs; packages 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 and 9 are open to all, with small and micro enterprises eligible for a 10% price deduction. No consortium bidding, no imported products, and no subcontracting are allowed. Delivery must be completed by December 5, 2026, with installation, commissioning and acceptance by December 15, 2026; warranty is one year from acceptance. Interested industrial equipment manufacturers should register on the Hubei government procurement electronic trading platform or supplier client, obtain the tender documents between October 4 and October 13, 2026, and submit bids by 9:30 a.m. on October 26, 2026.
