English version — Construction Tender for 168 Public Rental Housing Units in Chabucha'er County
The Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Chabucha'er Xibe Autonomous County invites pre-qualification applications for the construction of the 2026 Public Rental Housing Project in Chabucha'er County, Ili Prefecture. Approved under document 察发改字（2026）83号, the project is funded by housing provident fund value-added income and central subsidies. The site is south of the 1764 Cultural and Sports Park and north of the Forest Farm Family Compound. Scope: 168 public rental housing units, total floor area 9,240 sqm, plus ancillary utility works, as one contract section covering all works shown in the full construction drawings, tender documents, bill of quantities and clarifications, including labor and materials.
Opportunity: A government-funded housing construction contract open to independent legal entities holding at least Grade 3 General Contracting for Building Construction, with a project manager holding at least a Grade 2 registered constructor certificate (Building Construction) and a valid Class B safety production assessment certificate.
