English version — Yongzhou Camellia Oil Subsidy Project Seeks Implementation Entities
The Yongzhou Forestry Bureau has announced accelerated implementation of the Central Finance Camellia Oil Industry Development Demonstration Subsidy Project, running from 2024 to 2028 across Lengshuitan, Lingling, Qiyang, Dong'an, Ningyuan, Dao County, Lanshan and the Yongzhou Forestry Science Institute. Due to land-type changes and voluntary withdrawals, the city is now recruiting supplementary plots and implementation entities through county-level and city-wide solicitation. Subsidy rates: 1,300 yuan/mu for new camellia plantings, 1,400 yuan/mu for renewal of low-yield stands, and 900 yuan/mu for tending improvement. Water-fertilizer integration systems, seedlings and fertilizers are procured by the project owner through unified tendering and distributed free to implementation entities. Growers and camellia oil enterprises can apply through their county forestry bureau; applications are processed in batches on a first-come, first-served basis until quotas are filled. Projects for breeding bases, industrial chain extension and socialized services will be re-solicited if original applicants fail to start on schedule. Contact your local county forestry bureau to submit application materials. False information leads to disqualification and blacklisting.
