Wuhan Institute of Technology has issued a public tender (No. 420001202601010417; filing No. 420000-2026-10277) through Sanfang Chengxin Tendering Co., Ltd. for semiconductor materials thermal performance testing systems and related instruments. The budget and price ceiling are both RMB 3.905 million for one package covering one set each of: automatic gas adsorption analyzer, semiconductor materials thermal performance testing system, differential electrochemical mass spectrometer, vector network analyzer, LCR impedance analyzer, and ultra-depth-of-field 3D microscope. Imported products are permitted; consortium bids and subcontracting are not. Five instrument types must be delivered, installed, commissioned and trained within 90 days of contract signing; the mass spectrometer within 120 days.
