English version — Tieling Corn Yield Project Completion Inspection Contractor Wanted
Tieling Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau is publicly selecting a completion inspection contractor for the 2025 corn yield improvement project. The inspection fee is capped at RMB 40,000. The contractor will review acceptance materials submitted by project counties and conduct on-site inspections, following the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs management measures (Nong Ji Cai Fa [2024] No. 23) and the agricultural construction project acceptance technical standards. Applicants must be registered on the Liaoning Government Procurement Network and the Liaoning Government Purchased Services Information Platform, and must hold independent legal person status.
