广州市城市品牌塑造与传播专项工作机制办公室发布公告，面向国内外企业机构公开征集2026年广州“城市合伙人”计划资源合作单位，征集期自公告发布之日起至2026年12月31日。合作形式为项目赞助、公益捐赠、资源协同三类，意向征集阶段不限合作额度，后续按合作价值匹配赞助层级并给予城市品牌、城市荣誉、城市服务、城市款待、城市广告、城市定制等权益回报。征集对象分三档：战略合作伙伴面向世界500强、行业领军企业、顶级科研机构与智库；超级合伙人面向中国企业500强、民营企业500强、制造业500强、软件百强、制造业单项冠军、专精特新“小巨人”及同级别外资企业、知名律所会计师事务所与咨询策划机构；城市梦想家面向专精特新及有意愿参与广州城市发展的中小微企业。参与方式：填写《企业资源合作意向函》并加盖公章，连同营业执照等证明材料扫描件发送至官方邮箱 g***@gz.gov.cn，市品牌办按提交顺序组织磋商谈判与综合评审，联系电话020-83123467。有意向的企业宜尽早提交，先到先谈。

English version — Guangzhou Opens 2026 City Partner Resource Cooperation Call
Guangzhou's City Brand Building and Communication Special Working Mechanism Office has issued a public call for domestic and overseas enterprises and institutions to join the 2026 Guangzhou "City Partner" program as resource cooperation partners. The submission window runs from the announcement date through December 31, 2026. Cooperation takes three forms: project sponsorship, public welfare donations, and resource coordination. No minimum contribution is set at the intent stage; sponsorship tiers and benefits will be matched later based on cooperation value, covering city brand, city honor, city services, city hospitality, city advertising, and customized city benefits. Three applicant tiers are open: Strategic Partners (Fortune Global 500 firms, industry leaders, top research institutes and think tanks); Super Partners (China Enterprise 500, Private Enterprise 500, China Manufacturing 500, China Software Top 100, national manufacturing champions, national "little giant" specialized SMEs, comparable foreign-invested firms, and well-known law, accounting, consulting and creative agencies); and City Dreamers (specialized and innovative SMEs and smaller firms eager to take part in Guangzhou's urban development). To apply, submit a stamped Letter of Intent for Enterprise Resource Cooperation plus business license and supporting documents by email to guangzhou_copartners@gz.gov.cn.
