English version — Design Tender for 161,400 sqm Hospital Upgrade in Jiexiu
The Jiexiu Medical Group has launched a public design tender for its medical institution infrastructure upgrade project, approved under document Jie Xing Shen Project Review [2026] No. 14 and funded by higher-level and Jiexiu municipal fiscal funds. The project covers approximately 161,400 sqm of renovation, including indoor and outdoor fire safety upgrades, interior decoration, roof waterproofing, facade repair and energy-saving insulation, and campus-wide water supply, heating, power, lighting, surveillance and road restoration. It also includes a new 55 sqm liquid oxygen station with two 5m³ storage tanks and two 150m³ vaporizers, plus elderly-friendly facility improvements. The scope covers preliminary design, construction drawing design and follow-up services, with a 60-calendar-day design period under one contract lot. Bidders must hold independent legal person status and a Class A or above architectural engineering design qualification; the project leader must hold a senior title in architecture. Consortium bids are not allowed. Tender documents are available from 16:00 on September 30, 2026 to 16:00 on October 5, 2026 via the Jinzhong Public Resource Trading Platform with a CA digital certificate. Bids are due by 09:30 on November 3, 2026, opened remotely online. Qualified design firms should register promptly and submit electronic bids before the deadline.
