The bridge spans 95m, connecting the north and south slow-traffic spaces, and is a key node in the district greenway network. Total project investment is 39.0239 million yuan, including 33.1949 million yuan construction and installation costs, 3.9707 million yuan secondary costs, and 1.8583 million yuan contingency, funded by fiscal resources. The maximum price for this review service is 30,000 yuan. Qualified bidders must hold Grade A comprehensive credit or relevant industry Grade A professional credit. The review panel requires at least 7 experts, with senior professional titles no less than 30% and at least 3 experts in the relevant field.
