English version — Five Construction Lots Tendered for Huanren Reservoir Resettlement Project
The Reservoir Resettlement Development Center of Huanren Manchu Autonomous County, Benxi City, Liaoning Province, has opened public bidding for the 2026 Reservoir Resettlement Follow-up Support Project (Phase I). Funding is 100% provincial-level budget funds, with total project investment of RMB 6.84 million, divided into five construction lots. Consortium bids are not accepted; bidders may bid on multiple lots but may win only one.
Lot 1: Erpengdianzi Village farm bridge works, estimated at RMB 1,714,400 (four new bridges, 200 m of retaining walls). Lot 2: Xiaotongbang pond dam seepage treatment, RMB 1,516,600 (concrete facing, curtain grouting of 46 holes over 368 m, 130 m of guardrails, outlet works renovation). Lot 3: Sanjiaowopeng Village emergency flood-damage repair, RMB 978,600 (617 m of revetment, one marker sign). Project managers must hold a Grade 2 registered constructor certificate. Bid documents are free and available at the Huanren Public Resource Trading Center; bid bonds range from RMB 4,000 to 15,000 via guarantee or wire transfer. Construction is scheduled to start October 30, 2026, with completion between November 2026 and May 2027. Registration is currently open.
