Supervision Tender for Three Packaged Road Projects in Jiyuan

Henan Jichang Transportation and Logistics Development Group Co., Ltd. invites public bids for construction supervision of three packaged road projects, including the reconstruction of Provincial Highway 230 from Fengbei (Yimin Bridge) to Huayuan section. The projects are approved by the Jiyuan Development and Reform Statistics Bureau, funded by higher-level subsidies and self-raised funds, and located within Jiyuan City. The scope covers supervision during the construction phase and defect liability period, as one single lot, with a maximum bid price of RMB 5,600,000. Bidders must be independent legal persons holding a Class B or above highway engineering supervision qualification issued by the Ministry of Transport, and must be listed in the national highway construction market supervision system. The proposed chief supervision engineer must hold a highway engineering supervision engineer certificate or equivalent qualification plus a senior professional title, with social insurance proof for any one month from June to August 2026. Bidders must provide a 2025 annual financial audit report and at least one highway engineering supervision contract of no less than RMB 1,500,000 signed since January 1, 2021. Consortium bids are not accepted. Interested qualified supervision firms may register on the National Public Resource Trading Platform (Henan·Jiyuan) and download the tender documents free of charge from the announcement date until the bid submission deadline.
