Wuxi Liangxi Science and Technology City Administration has issued a public tender for the box substation works of the Fengbin Road (Tianhe Road-Xilong Road) new construction project in Liangxi District, Wuxi. The project is approved under document Liang Xing Shen Tou Xu [2024] No.8, with self-raised funds (100% other state-owned). The road is about 966 meters long, an urban arterial road with a 40-meter red line and 60 km/h design speed. The scope covers power equipment and supporting cable and duct installation per drawings and bill of quantities, including two new 400KVA box substations, one 10kV double-circuit ring main unit, one dual-power transfer box, and associated cables, conduits and foundations. The estimated contract price is RMB 3.68 million, with a 30-calendar-day construction period. Bidders must hold both building electromechanical installation Grade 2 (or above) or power transmission and transformation Grade 3 (or above), and power facility installation, repair and testing licenses Grade 3 (or above); the project manager must be a registered Grade 2 (or above) electromechanical construction engineer.
