Total planned investment: RMB 20 million. Total contract period: 350 calendar days, including a 20-day design period. The contract covers design, procurement, construction, approval assistance, acceptance, handover, and defect liability period services.
Eligibility: PRC-registered independent legal entities holding Grade A comprehensive engineering design qualification, or Grade B or above building industry (architectural engineering) design qualification, plus Grade 3 or above general construction contracting (building engineering) and a valid safety production license. Consortia of up to 2 members (including the lead) are accepted. The project manager must hold a registered Grade 2 Constructor (Building Engineering) certificate or above with a valid safety assessment certificate.
How to participate: Submit pre-qualification applications with similar project performance records from the past three years, audited financial reports, personnel social security records (April-September 2026), and credibility commitments. Consortia must sign a consortium agreement.
Timeline: Announced September 30, 2026; bid deadline per the announcement. Similar performance is counted from September 2023 to the bid deadline. Interested firms should prepare pre-qualification documents promptly.
