宁波市科技局启动2026年“瞪羚之星”企业申报，面向在宁波从事生产经营、注册成立不超过10年的高新技术企业或省级以上科技型中小企业。申报领域聚焦集成电路、前沿新材料、人工智能、机器人、未来健康、新一代信息技术、低空经济、深空深海深地、量子科技、脑机接口、元宇宙、新型储能等重点产业。硬性门槛包括：上年度主营业务收入达500万元或研发费用200万元以上，研发费用占营收比重不低于15%，研发人员占职工总数不低于20%，并需满足高增长、高研发投入、股权融资（累计或近三年不低于5000万元，或近一轮估值不低于2亿元）、人才团队（甬江人才工程等）四项条件中至少一项，同时近三年须拥有不少于1项发明专利等原始取得知识产权或合计不少于5项软著、实用新型等。认定后可享受最高500万元研发后补助及研发攻关、人才培育、科技金融、服务支撑等政策。企业可于9月30日至10月20日登录宁波科技大脑在线填报并上传佐证材料与盖章诚信承诺书，各地科技部门10月23日前汇总推荐，市科技局组织形式审查、专家评审、必要时实地考察并公示认定。符合条件的企业应尽快准备材料，窗口期仅三周。

Ningbo Science and Technology Bureau has opened 2026 applications for its "Gazelle Star" enterprise designation. Eligible applicants are high-tech enterprises or provincial-level-or-above tech SMEs operating in Ningbo, registered no more than 10 years ago, active in key sectors such as integrated circuits, advanced materials, AI, robotics, future health, next-generation IT, low-altitude economy, deep space/sea/earth, quantum tech, brain-computer interfaces, metaverse and new energy storage. Requirements include prior-year main business revenue of RMB 5 million or R&D spending above RMB 2 million, R&D intensity of at least 15%, R&D staff at least 20% of employees, plus at least one of: three-year revenue CAGR above 15% or prior-year growth above 20%; three-year R&D CAGR above 15% or prior-year growth above 20%; cumulative or three-year equity financing of at least RMB 50 million or latest valuation of at least RMB 200 million; or core team selected under the Yongjiang Talent Program or equivalent. Applicants also need at least one original invention patent or five-plus software copyrights/utility models in three years. Designated firms receive up to RMB 5 million in post-R&D subsidies plus R&D, talent, tech-finance and service support. Apply online via the Ningbo Science Brain portal from September 30 to October 20; local science departments recommend by October 23; the bureau reviews, evaluates and publicizes results. Prepare materials now—the window is only three weeks.
