扬州市人力资源和社会保障局2026年9月24日发布通知，面向行业协会和大中型企业开展2027年度工伤预防项目申报，申报截止时间为2026年9月30日。重点领域覆盖危险化学品、建筑施工、交通运输、机械制造、船舶修造、即时配送、石油化工、医药、食品加工、机械加工（涉爆粉尘）、纺织印染、铅蓄电池制造、人造石英石加工等行业。项目类型为全供应链协同工伤预防培训项目，申报主体须为参加扬州工伤保险、本地供应链企业不少于10家且供应链企业职工合计不少于500人的大中型企业（龙头企业），同一主体限报1个，每个项目经费预算一般不超过20万元。绩效要求包括培训总人数不低于500人次、满意率和知识技能掌握率均高于90%、为每家重点供应链企业培训至少1名工伤预防培训师、重点岗位人员培训全覆盖。申报单位须直接实施项目并与市社会保险经办机构签订服务协议，项目须于2027年度内完成，遴选结果于2027年5月底前公布。符合条件的企业和行业协会应尽快准备申报表、实施方案、预算明细表、登记证、无处罚证明、人员职称及设备场地资质等材料，于9月30日前报送至瘦西湖路53号202室工伤保险科。

The Yangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued a notice on September 24, 2026, inviting industry associations and large and medium-sized enterprises to apply for 2027 work injury prevention projects. The application deadline is September 30, 2026. Priority sectors include hazardous chemicals, construction, transportation, machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding, instant delivery, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing, mechanical processing with explosive dust, textile dyeing and printing, lead-acid battery manufacturing, and artificial quartz stone processing. The project type is a full-supply-chain collaborative work injury prevention training program. Applicants must be large or medium-sized enterprises (leading firms) participating in Yangzhou work injury insurance, with at least 10 local supply chain enterprises and a combined workforce of at least 500 employees in those enterprises. Each applicant may submit only one project, and the budget for each project generally must not exceed RMB 200,000. Performance targets include training at least 500 person-times, satisfaction and knowledge mastery rates above 90 percent, training at least one work injury prevention trainer for each key supply chain enterprise, and full coverage of key positions. Applicants must implement projects directly and sign service agreements with the municipal social insurance agency. Projects must be completed within 2027, with selection results published by the end of May 2027. Qualified enterprises and associations should prepare application forms, implementation plans, budget details, registration certificates, no-penalty records, personnel qualifications, and equipment and venue credentials, and submit them to Room 202, No. 53 Shouxihu Road by September 30.
