The entry threshold for the top 500 private enterprises has increased to 27.023 billion yuan; The total operating revenue reached 43.05 trillion yuan; The total net profit is 1.80 trillion yuan; The total R&D expenditure is 1.13 trillion yuan, with a total of 1.1517 million R&D personnel and an average R&D expenditure intensity of 2.77%; The total tax payment reached 1.27 trillion yuan, and there are 240 enterprises with tax payments exceeding 1 billion yuan, accounting for 48.00% of the Fortune 500.
This year, the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce organized the 27th large-scale survey of private enterprises, with a total of 6379 enterprises with a revenue of over 1 billion yuan in 2024 participating. Among them, the top 500 enterprises in terms of revenue were listed as the "2025 Top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises".
